- Each additional person 40 € and children up to 2.99 years are free of charge

- Local tax 2,50€ (from 14 years)

- The costs for the final cleaning are already included in the indicated price

- Minimum stay 2 nights, from 20.12.24 to 05.01.25 minimum stay 5 nights

- Check-in from 15-23 o'clock / Check-out until 10 o'clock

- You will receive the key for your flat independently via a key safe on site

- Unfortunately, your four-legged friends are not allowed
